First Visit

What should I wear?

You'll feel comfortable wearing whatever makes you feel best.  Some dress up, some dress down!  We do not care!  We just want you to come!

Is there a place for my kids at 11:00 service?

We want children to feel loved and accepted as a vital part of our church family. Children are welcome in church service, and we have a nursery with rocking chair, crib and changing table within the sanctuary with a volunteer who has been background checked available through offertory.

Before church prayer and sermon begin, children 2 and up may go with volunteers to Children Church, where they will do crafts and Bible study through the end of service (15-30 minutes).  Children will be returned to the main sanctuary at end of service.

The sanctuary nursery can be utilized at all times throughout the service for the comfort of infants and their parents.  If your toddler needs a place to take a break and didn’t go to Children Church, the sanctuary nursery is open, but not supervised.  An accompanying adult will need to station theirself in the nearest pew for oversight.

What time is Sunday School?

Children’s Sunday School is Sundays, 10:00 a.m., in the first classroom closest to the sanctuary front door (North Portico).

Adult Sunday School is Sundays, 10:00 a.m., in the first classroom on the South Portico (next to Office).

When is Communion service?

Communion is given on the First and Third Sunday every month during 11:00 service.  As Methodists, we practice open table.  We invite all who love Christ, earnestly repent of their sin, and seek to be at peace with one another to our altar to receive communion.

Wheelchair Accessibility:

The wheelchair ramp is located on the First Avenue side of the sanctuary.
